{"id":406,"date":"2015-07-24T12:47:00","date_gmt":"2015-07-24T10:47:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.printwild.co.za\/news\/?p=406"},"modified":"2025-07-07T17:56:36","modified_gmt":"2025-07-07T15:56:36","slug":"how-to-make-a-mosaic-photo-collage","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.printwild.co.za\/news\/how-to-make-a-mosaic-photo-collage\/","title":{"rendered":"How To Make a Mosaic Photo Collage"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Create one quick photo project with all your images.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We tested these mosaic collage options and loved the results, it\u2019s a\u00a0<strong>great way to pull all your Facebook<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong>mobile phone images<\/strong>\u00a0into one talking point artwork for your home or office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 1: Choosing images<br \/>If you want to source images from Facebook only:<br \/><\/strong><br \/>Go straight to<a href=\"https:\/\/easymoza.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00a0Easymoza.com<\/a><br \/>Choose a suitable\u00a0<strong>head and shoulders image<\/strong>\u00a0from your Facebook image selection as your base image (The one you will see when you step back from the image).<br \/>Easy Moza will interface with Facebook and harvest all your images to make up the collage, go through these images and remove the ones you don\u2019t want.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>If you want to include Facebook, mobile and desktop images in the collage:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can do this by first downloading your entire Facebook image collection, then adding images from other sources. How you do this is best described\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.groovypost.com\/howto\/facebook\/download-copy-all-facebook-data-pictures-video\/\">here<\/a>.\u00a0This downloads all images from Facebook, so you\u2019ll still need to\u00a0<strong>locate your images<\/strong>. Ours was 15 Megs but depends on how may images you have.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You\u2019ll need to know what folder your favourite images are in. The downloaded images are in an array of folders,\u00a0<strong>we just moved them all to one folder,<\/strong>\u00a0removed duplicates and images that we didn\u2019t want, like images of your best friend who ended up cheating on your girlfriend\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/13.0.1\/svg\/1f642.svg\" alt=\"\ud83d\ude42\" \/>\u00a0You don\u2019t want\u00a0<em>him<\/em>\u00a0in the collage!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 2: Creating the collage<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you\u2019re uploading your images manually (and you didn\u2019t use the direct from Facebook upload option) then you\u2019ll need to start with choosing an image you know is going to work well as your base Mozaic (the final image the collage makes up). They say a nice\u00a0<strong>head and shoulders image seems to work best.<\/strong>\u00a0We preffered finding the image that we liked, saving it to a hard drive and then uploading it from file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We didn\u2019t choose the option to source the collage images from Facebook, we preffered to do this manually.\u00a0This\u00a0<strong>takes some time<\/strong>\u00a0and then you get all the images that are to be included in the mosaic collage on the website interface. Here you must knock out ones that you don\u2019t want to include.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then<strong>\u00a0let the software do it\u2019s magic<\/strong>, creating your collage image for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 3: Buying the high res file<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You now want to\u00a0<strong>buy the XXL image at $9.95 USD<\/strong>\u00a0which is going to cost you about R123.00 with the current exchange rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 4: Print your image<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now that you have the high res image you have to\u00a0<a href=\"\/start-your-order\/\">place your order at PrintWild<\/a>.
