Her day starts with reports and ensuring that the payment process runs smoothly. From there she moves into managing accounts, marking orders as paid so production can begin without delay, capturing invoices and preparing quotes for customers.
She also keeps a close eye on stock levels making sure the team always has what they need to keep production running, while balancing customer-facing tasks like assisting walk-in clients, handling online queries via Zoko and email and coordinating collections and deliveries.
And that’s not all from sending Magna Tots for laser cutting, checking them on return, applying magnets and preparing them for delivery, Analine’s role touches almost every part of the business.
“It’s busy,” she says, “but even on our busiest days, there’s never a dull moment.”
